REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We love our products, and we hope you do too! If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we believe that resolving it should be easy, transparent, and hassle-free.

As an Australian social enterprise, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To start a return, please email us at gday@100pc.org.au. Please include your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and a brief note about the issue so we can improve for next time!

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return or refund, your items must be completely unconsumed and unopened.

  • Original Condition: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, entirely unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
  • Exceptions: If you open an item and discover a manufacturing fault or defect, you are fully protected. In these circumstances, we will provide a full refund or replacement in strict accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. How to Process Your Return

Once your return request is accepted by our team, we will make the process simple:

  1. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  2. Print and securely attach the return label to the box or packaging your order arrived in.
  3. Pop it in the post. There are no restocking fees or penalties for returning your goods.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email cannot be accepted.

4. Damages, Faults, and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at gday@100pc.org.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue right away and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for a change of mind:

  • Custom or personalized products (such as special merchandise orders).
  • Clearout sale items or digital gift cards.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Refund Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items to verify their unused condition. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
